  • Please arrive for your appointments 10 minutes prior to your booking time to allow us to complete a consultation form. Bookings thereafter you should arrive 5 minutes prior.
  • Personal and medical information will be required to ensure the safety of all our clients.
  • If you arrive late for your booking then this may result in your treatment time being reduced.
  • In the unfortunate event of your therapist being sick, the appointment may need to be re-scheduled for another date and time.
  • 24 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be incurred.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure spa
    day packages. 48 hours notice is required
    for cancellations otherwise you will forfeit
    your deposit.
  • All courses must be paid in full or in two instalments to receive the discounted prices.
  • Ensure you bring open toed shoes if receiving pedicure treatments.
  • Vouchers must be provided as proof
    of purchase.
  • Loyalty cards can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Offers are subject to change/removal and are at the salons discretion. Please ask a member of staff to confirm the latest offers.
  • Only one offer valid at any time.
  • Please respect other clients and turn your mobile phones to silent or vibrate when in
